I think I started this, like, a year ago? It's just something I worked on in my spare time. At first I was only going to do my four favorite scouts, but I figured eh, why not do them all? I used photoshop and the pen tool to trace over official SM art and create these.

I was going for a victorian/steampunk look. My least favorite design of the bunch is Neptune, but I gave her's the least thought anyway since she's my least favorite sailor(other than chibimoon). My favorite designs are Saturn, Venus, and Pluto. A couple of these guys got shaded, and they'll get their own submissions soon.
